The perfect fall dip! This is so easy to make. I had to come up with something to take to a Halloween gathering this year. I found this on Pinterest and since it has all of my favorite fall flavors, AND it was quick and simple, I thought I must give it a try. It did not disappoint. I had all of the ingredients in my fridge/pantry which made it even better. Pumpkin dip is one thing. Add in the cheesecake factor and the caramel and well, you get the picture. It was so good, I made it again to serve at my daughter's birthday party. Enjoy!
Serves: 8
Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon cloves
- ¼ cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Using a hand mixer, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until well blended.
- Add pumpkin, sour cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Mix well.
- Pour the caramel sauce on top and create a marble look by swirling with a knife. (I used the squirt bottle of caramel and just drizzled it over the dip.)
- Serve with regular or cinnamon graham crackers, cinnamon sugar pita chips, or gingersnaps.
